Photographing weddings is such a different experience compared to photographing other events, people, etc. theres just something special about being able to capture such an important life memory for your clients. You can literally feel the good vibes and love in the air. It's such a special moment and you can feel that and it really shows in the photos.

I love capturing those moments when you truly see the love between the couple.

All weddings start with the Bride and Groom getting ready for their big day. From the groom putting on his tux to the Bride zipping up her dress and putting on her veil. Not to mention, all the fun candid moments by the Groom and his groomsmen and the Bride and her bridesmaids, while getting ready for the ceremony. All moments I make sure to catch, while photographing a wedding.

The ceremony is one of the most beautiful parts of the wedding. You get to see two souls blend together and officially become one. It's always such a magical part of the day. The exchanging of the rings, the vows, the first kiss, and the first walk down the isle as a married couple.

After the ceremony, the fun awaits but before heading to the reception it's always important to get some photos after the wedding of the Bride, the Groom, and the wedding party. (Don't forget the fam too!) There's typically a fun atmosphere in the air at this point, because everyone is happy and ready to celebrate AKA a perfect time for photos ;) Which means don't be afraid to let the wedding party get creative with their poses! Of course get the serious ones for memories sake, but once you get those out of the way let them try out different poses. If you're part of a wedding party and you're reading this, don't be afraid to try different things out. I've gotten some phenomenal in the moment photos and sometimes the Bride and Groom prefers those rather than the serious poses, because the moment is just so pure and authentic.

Let the fun begin! When the reception comes around everyone is ready to let loose and celebrate with dancing, cake, and congratulations. The reception is the beginning of a lot of firsts as a married couple. The first entrance as Mr. and Mrs., the first dance, cake cutting, first dinner, etc. it's just the beginning of their marriage and life together. It's always fun to see everyone on the dance floor, dancing like nobodies watching!
